These terms govern the use of the estoniangaming.com website and the services provided through it (including the membership application form). By using the website you acknowledge that you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the Website
The website is intended for informational purposes and to present the activities of Estonian Gaming Association. You may freely read and use the content of the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
By using the website you undertake to:
- provide truthful and up-to-date information (including in the membership application form);
- not modify or damage the website’s technical functionality;
- not attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- respect the rights of EGA, other users and third parties.
3. Membership Application
Submitting a membership application through the form does not automatically guarantee membership. The EGA board reviews applications and makes decisions in accordance with the EGA statutes and membership criteria.
For processing the application we collect your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. We typically respond to applications within 1–3 business days, but no later than within 30 days.
4. Intellectual Property
The content of this website (texts, design, logos, photos, databases, brand elements — including Boska and Satoshi-style typography, starfield visualisation, colour palette) belongs to EGA or is used under licence.
Copying, modifying, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes requires prior written consent from EGA.
5. Limitation of Liability
EGA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the website is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the complete integrity or uninterrupted availability of the information.
EGA is not liable for damage arising from the publication of the website, its use, or its temporary unavailability, except where the damage is caused by EGA’s intentional act or gross negligence.
6. Links to Third-Party Websites
The website may contain links to other websites (for example, the Estonian Tax and Customs Board or the Financial Intelligence Unit). EGA is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.
7. Changes to Terms
EGA has the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. We may notify of significant changes separately.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes between the parties shall first be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in Harju County Court.
